JESUP, GA., Feb. 8. - Rita Flowers of Hortense, infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ross Flowers, died Monday night in a Baxley Hospital after a short illness.
Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Hortense Methodist Church by the Rev. Johnny Bragg. Burial was in the church cemetery.
IN addition to her parents, she was survived by two sisters, Linda Flowers and Lillian Flowers; seven brothers, Ronald, Harvey, Elbert, Lloyd, Lawrence, Howard, and Ross Flowers, Jr., all of Hortense; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Sloan of Hortense; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Effie Bennett, Hortense; paternal great grandfather M.C. Jones of Jesup.
Harrison Funeral Home of Jesup was in charge of arrangements.
