Armand Simon Flory, Jr. passed away on Monday, December 16, 2013, at the age of 81. He was born on September 2, 1932, in Alexander, Louisiana, to Verda and Armand Flory, Sr. Armand married Wanda Joy McKinnon in 1955 and they enjoyed fifty-eight years together. He worked as an Operator at Marathon Oil for thirty-five years before retiring. He enjoyed hunting and spending a day on the lake fishing.
Armand will always be remembered and loved by his wife, Wanda Flory; his children, Cheryl Domoulin of Houston, Texas, Tina (David) Kimbrough of Portland, Texas and Les (Vanessa) Flory of Giddings, Texas; grandchildren, Thomas Domoulin, Laura (Dylan) Lipscomb, Kevin Ransom, Brent Kimbrough, Travis Kimbrough, Nathan (Cara) Flory and Natalie Flory.
Visitation will be Thursday, December 19, 2013, from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Service will be on Friday, December 20, 2013, at 2:00 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow the service at The Palms Memorial Gardens, Portland
