Elaine M. Flick, 82, Punxsutawney, died Friday, Aug. 13, 2010, at the DuBois Nursing Home. She was born Sept.3, 1927, in DuBois, a daughter of the late Fred E. and Clara Viola (Pierce) Peterson.
She was married to Ralph A. Flick Sr., who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Flick was a retired employee of Rola-Jensen and a member of the First Assembly of God Church, Walston.
Surviving relatives include a daughter, Linda Davin of Punxsutawney; two brothers, Jack Peterson and Charles Peterson, both of DuBois; a sister; Jean Wachob of DuBois; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Ralph Flick Jr.; a sister, Virginia Haines; and two brothers, Fred and Arnold Peterson.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 15, 2010, at the Deeley Funeral Home, Punxsutawney.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Aug. 16, 2010, at the funeral home with Pastor Chris Golembiowski officiating.
Interment will be in Morningside Cemetery, DuBois.
