The funeral services of
MRS. NETTIE BETHARDS,
wife of Theodore Bethards, will take place from the Christian church in Shelbyville, Mo., on Tuesday, April 18, 1899, at 4 p.m., conducted by Rev. J. H. Bryan. Burial in I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
Born June 14, 1858. Died April 17, 1899. Aged 40 years, 10 months and 3 days.

Mrs. Nettie Bethards, wife of Theodore Bethards,died at her home In this city at 8:30 p. m., Monday, of pneumonia, after a two weeks' illness. She made n heroic struggle for life, but was unable to loose the fatal grip of the disease. She was born in Marion county, Missouri, June 14, 1858, and came to this county with her parents in 1870. She was married to Theodore Bethards November 28, 1880. She leaves a husband, two children, a father and brother. Her mother died October 18, 1893. Mrs. Bethards was a faithful member of the Christian church and a most excellent woman with many friends. Her funeral took place yesterday at 4 p. m. from the Christian church, conducted by Rev. J. H. Bryan. She was aged 40 years, 10 months and 3 days. She suffered a great deal during her sickness but is now at rest.The funeral was largely attended.
