Hilda Ozelle Fleetwood was born October 23, 1935 at St. Joseph, Louisiana the daughter of J. Oscar and Barbara Lloyd George Haywood. Hilda passed away at her home in Collinsville surrounded by family on April 29, 2012. Hilda was 76 years of age.
Hilda grew up in Washington State. Hilda earned her associates of Applied Science (computer) in cosmetology.
Hilda Haywood and Ronald Joe Fleetwood were united in marriage on June 21, 1952 at Nogales Avenue Baptist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They had recently celebrated 59 years of marriage. They moved to Collinsville, Oklahoma in 1970. Hilda and Ronald were members of First Baptist Church Collinsville.
In her spare time, Hilda enjoyed golfing, cooking, making candy, traveling, crocheting, singing, bowling, water skiing, dancing & being with her family.
Hilda was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Jerry Haywood and her daughter Diane Rochelle Fleetwood.
Hilda is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years, Ronald of the home; One son, Danny Fleetwood and his wife Angela of Owasso, Oklahoma; One Daughter, Barbara Beck of Glenpool, Oklahoma; Two sisters, Dawana Jo Thompson of Oologah, Oklahoma, Lena Wind of Okemah, Oklahoma; Three Grandchildren, Angela Rochelle Bricault, Callie Jo Fleetwood Jo & Zephariah Cole Fleetwood.
