Christena E. Sullivan, 92 of Valparaiso, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2013. She was born November 29, 1920 in Amboy, Indiana the daughter of Lawrence and Margaret (Rennaker) Fisher. On August 11, 1939 she married George K. Sullivan, who preceded her in death in 1986. Christena was a homemaker and a member of the Valley Baptist Church. Surviving are her children, George L. (Olivia) Sullivan of Valparaiso and Marcia (Hector) Vallejo of Corpus Christi, TX 4 grandchildren, Joy Sullivan, Hillary Vallejo, Matthew Vallejo and Holly (Alex) Huddleston, 4 great grandchildren, 2 brothers Delbert and Bobby Dee Fisher and her daughter-in-law Gathel Sullivan. Christena was also preceded in death by her son Darrell, her parents, a brother Lawrence and a sister Rosalind. Christena was an avid golfer and bowler, a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, who enjoyed being with her family. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
