Daughter of Charles Jonathan Seeley and Ellen Lenora Piper of Middlebury, Vermont. She was married to New York Highlanders (Yankees) pitcher Ray L. Fisher in 1912 in Middlebury. After the birth of their daughter in 1919, the family moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1921 when her husband became baseball coach at the University of Michigan. Alice remained in Ann Arbor as a homemaker and member of the Coaches Wives until her death. She was a member of the Congregational Church, both in Middlebury and in Ann Arbor.
