Liselotte E. Tusing (nee Fischer) of Country Lakes, Browns Mills, age 86 years, passed away May 12, 2012.
She was a native of Germany. She came to the United States in 1959, became a citizen, and moved to Country Lakes, Browns Mills in 1972.
Lilo was a member of the Messiah Lutheran Brethren Church, Presidential Lakes and was a former treasurer for the Christian Caring Center, Browns Mills. She also was a Coach and Organizer of the N.J. Special Olympics.
She was noted for her generosity, kindness and strong Christian faith.
Wife of the late William A. Tusing Jr. (Ret. Senior Master Sergeant, U.S. Air Force), who passed away in 1983 and was predeceased by her infant son, William A. Tusing III.
Beloved mother of Karl W. Tusing and wife Annette, Inge L. Tusing and Heidi M. Palombi and husband Michael, devoted grandmother of Zackary and Nate Tusing and Mark, Tony and Christina Palombi and dear great-grandmother of Ryan Palombi.
Friends of the family are invited to a Memorial Service for Liselotte 11:00 AM Saturday morning, May 19th, at the Messiah Brethren Lutheran Church, 530 Virginia Drive, Presidential Lakes, Browns Mills. Friends may call between 10:00 and 11:00 AM Saturday at the Church.
Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Messiah Lutheran Brethren Church, 530 Virginia Drive, Browns Mills, NJ 08015.
