| Birth: | unknown | | Death: | Apr., 1900 Washington District of Columbia District Of Columbia, USA |  The Washington Post April 29, 1900 Funeral of Mr. Charles Fischer The remains of Mr. Charles Fischer, who for a number of years was a dealer in surgical instruments in Washington, were buried yesterday afternoon at the National Cemetery at Arlington. The funeral services at the late home, 623 Seventeenth Street Northwest were read by Rev. Facius and those at the grave were conducted by Grant Post No. 14, G.A.R., of which Mr. Fischer had been a member.
