Mrs. Hendricks was born in Tallulah Falls, Ga., and was an Episcopalian. She was retired from St. Vincent DePaul Hospital and had taught in the Georgia public school system. She was a member of the Alumni Association of the St. Vincent DePaul School of Nursing and the American Association of Retired Persons.
Survivors include her husband, Walton R. Hendricks Jr.; and one son, Walton R. Hendricks III of Suffolk.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by Father Peter Magill. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 8 p.m. and at 3522 Whitechapel Road, Norfolk, at all other times.
