She was the daughter of Morrison and Myrtle Finch and was preceded in death by her husband, Carl. Surviving are children, Gordon, Daniel, Trudy Doramus, Rebecca Hines and Tamara Strachan; 14 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
She was an executive secretary at the Joliet Arsenal, the Kempton COOP Grain Co., treasurer for the City of Kempton, and had been employed at Sears in Fort Myers. Florida and as a realtor for Century 21.
She and Carl owned the Central Egg Co. for 35 years.
She received recognition from President George Bush for her Literacy for Children participation.
