Elizabeth Emery, 84, of Kingston, died Wednesday at the Inpatient Unit, Hospice Care of the VNA, Heritage House, Wilkes-Barre.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of the late Phillip and Mildred Johnson Fieseler. She was a 1936 graduate of Coughlin High School, Wilkes-Barre. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Wilkes-Barre, and was a former member of the Auxiliary of Wilkes-Barre General Hospital where she had volunteered for many years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Emery, and brother, William R. Fieseler.
Surviving are daughter, Pamela G. Buckner, Middletown, Conn.; son, Robert L. Emery, Kingston; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday from H. Merritt Hughes Funeral Home, Inc., 451 N. Main St., Wilkes-Bare with the Rev. Dr. Robert Zanicky, pastor, First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment will be in Oak Lawn Cemetery, Hanover Township.
