Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday at the church, and from 10:00 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the church.

Carole Anne was born January 4, 1947, in Camden, Texas, one of three children of Anthony and Jo Christina.

Carole Anne loved to dance. She grew up taking ballet, and danced in the Soiree in the Historic Natchez Tableaux. She graduated from Natchez Adams High School in 1965 where she was a Sergeant with the Rebelettes, was voted “Cutest” of her Senior class, and was known as “The girl with the happy smile.” Everywhere that Carole Anne and Tommy went, they were known to be the life of the party as they danced the night away in each other’s arms.

Carole Anne attended the Mississippi College for Women until she returned to Natchez to marry her high school sweetheart, and the love of her life, with whom she shared forty-eight (48) years of marriage. In that capacity, she served as the first and only First Lady of the National Sheriff’s Association from Mississippi.

Carole Anne loved life and people, and will be remembered for her personality and infectious laughter. She enjoyed receiving and acting as a tour guide, and as a member of the Pilgrimage Garden Club, she worked tirelessly to make the Tableaux a success for many years. Carole Anne served as a member of the Board at Longwood, and she was a member of the Natchez Newcomer’s Club. After many dedicated hours of research, Carole Anne also became a member of the National Society of the Daughter’s of the American Revolution. She was preceded in death by her parents, Anthony Leroy and Evelyn Jo Christina of Texas.
