Ms. Erlyn Felder, age 79, of Augusta, entered into rest on Tuesday morning, March 27, 2007 at the residence of her son. A native and lifelong resident of Augusta, she was retired from Fort Gordon Civil Service as a Management Analyst, after 35 years of service. She had been a longtime member of Burns Memorial United Methodist Church where she was a member of the Fellowship Sunday School Class. An avid golfer, she was a charter member and past President of the Goshen Women's Golf Association, and was past President of the CSRA Women's and Pointe South Ladies Golf Associations. Her family fondly recalls the enjoyment she derived from being surrounded by her grandchildren and being out of doors with friends. She is survived by: 2 sons, James Richard Felder Sr. and his wife, Carol, Evans, GA, Jeffery Wayne Felder and his wife, Regina, Fort Mill, SC; 1 brother, Walter K. J. DeVaney, Jr., Franklin, TN; 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
