On October 21, 2014, Steffie Doblanko passed away at the age of 89 years. Steffie was predeceased by her parents Katie and Fred, son Stanley, son-in-law Michael and in-laws Jean, Maxine, Mike and Ralph. Steffie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister who brought joy to all who knew her. She put her family first, served her church for more than 50 years, enjoyed her beautiful gardens and flowers, and always welcomed visitors to their family farm. In lieu of other tributes, donations in memory of Steffie may be made to St Mary's Russian Orthodox Church or to Black Gold Health Foundation (Palliative Care Unit), 4210-48 St, Leduc AB T9E 5Z3
