Anna gave birth to eight children over the years as they migrated from the place of her nativity first by flatboat to a point on the Ohio river above Cincinnati. They stayed there a few years in Ohio then they went to Franklin county Indiana and in 1839 they settled in Madison county, Indiana where Anna passed away in 1840, leaving her husband, three sons and five daughters.
