Gretchen M. Farrell, age 68, of Lake Odessa, passed away Tuesday, December 7, 1999 at Pennock Hospital in Hastings. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bernard and Bernice Scheidt; and her brothers, Donald and Richard Scheidt.
Gretchen is survived by her husband, Charles; her sons, Mark (Theresa) Farrell, Charles Jr. (Edith) Farrell, and Gary Farrell; her grandchildren, Luke, Joshua, Brittany, Nathan, Lindsay, Adam, Lacey, and Lauren Farrell; her brothers and sisters, Donna (Henry) Besko, Marvel Bessmer, Barbara (Henry) Busch, Marian McVay, Phyllis Lackey, Arden (Vance) Lackey, Roger (Beverly) Scheidt, Peggy (Jim) Rider; her sister-in-law, Esther Scheidt; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on Friday, December 10, 1999 at the Koops Funeral Chapel in Lake Odessa. Memorial contributions may be made to Lakewood Public Schools/Unity Field or the Lakewood Community Ambulance. Arrangements were made by Koops Funeral Chapels, Inc. in Lake Odessa.
