Martha Evie "Mattie" Webb was the daughter of Cincinnati N Webb and Lethia Ann Goss. She was the grandaughter of Daniel Samuel Webb/Temperance Kinard and Evan Pearson Goss/Elizabeth Crowley.

She married William Washington Farley around 1890 and they had 13 children, 11 of whom reached adulthood.
