Lydia Alice Faith, 61, of Fort Worth, a native of Decatur, died Thursday, Feb. 7 at Azle Manor Nursing Home, where she had lived the past five months.
Services were Saturday at Christian-Hawkins Funeral Chapel in Decatur. The Rev. Lester Dacken officiated with burial in Bethel Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Jamie Turbeville, Gary Davis, Gordon Perkins, Clarence Stout, Hubert Wite, Barty Boydston, Walker Graham and Danny White. Carl Shires was honorary pallbearer.
Mrs. Faith, born April 21, 1918 in Decatur, married O.D. Faith, Sept. 30, 1933 in Waurika, Okla. She was a member of Oak Grove Methodist Church and had lived in Fort Worth since 1963.
Survivors include: her husband; sons Kenneth D. Faith of Alvord and David Faith of Fort Worth; daughter, Carol Moore of Decatur; brothers Ronald and Charles Maidens of Bowie; sister, Berniece Lee of Decatur, and five grandchildren.
