Mrs. Faith was born in Loudon county, Va., February 24, 1833, and came to this city in 1855. She was the proprietress of the Catholic Book store from 1863 until eight years ago. She was a member of the Church of the Immaculate Conception.
She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Margaret Gaynor, 222 East Allen street, and one son, Joseph Faith of Chicago, one sister, Mrs. Susan McGrath of Warrensburg, and two brothers, William Saunders of Spokane, Washington and Aloysius Saunders of this city.
