PERRY— Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 59 Lake street, Perry, for Mrs. Willard Crane, who died Monday night in her home at Ridgewood, N.J. The Rev. John B. Freestone of Ballston, Pa., and the Rev. Arthur Lacey of Buffalo officiated. Burial was in Glenwood Cemetery, Perry.

Mrs. Crane, a former resident and French teacher in Perry High School in 1925 and 1926, was born in Pulaski 36 years ago. Her maiden name was Beth D. Ewart. She graduated from Syracuse University and was married to Crane June 26, 1925. Besides husband, she leaves a five-year old son, Kent; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ben Ewart and a brother, Robert of Pulaski

Mrs. Willard Crane, 36, former Perry resident, was stricken with a heart attack at her home in Ridgewood, N.J., Monday evening while conversing with her husband regarding Chr i s tmas plans. Death followed within a few minutes.

Mrs. Crane was formerly Miss Beth Ewart, teacher of French in Perry High School in 1925 and 1926. She came to Perry after graduation from Syracuse University, and after teaching for two years was united in marriage to Willard D. Crane on June 26, 1926. They resided here until Mr. Crane resigned his position as salesman with the Perry Knitting Company, to accept a position in the sales department of the Nighty-Nite Sleeping Garment Company about two years ago.

She was born in Pulaski, N.Y., a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Ewart, who survive, together with her husband and one son, Kent, age 5. One brother, Robert, of Pulaski, also survives.

Funeral services will be held at 59 Lake street in Perry this Thursday afternoon at 2:30. Rev. Arthur Lacey
of Buffalo and Rev. J. B. Freestone, former pastor of the Baptist Church, will officiate. Interment in Glenwood
