Graveside services for Alice Evans Alligood, age 88 of Dexter, will be held at 11:00AM on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at Alligood Cemetery. Rev. Larry Waldrep will officiate.
Mrs. Alligood was born in Laurens County to the late Elijah Evans and the late Leara Lee Horn Evans. She lived in Florida for many years moving back to Laurens County about nine years ago. She was retired from Florida Plant Growers. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Murray Alligood. Mrs. Alligood passed away on Monday, April 15, 2013 at Fairview Park Hospital.
