Mrs. Bailey, a lifelong resident of Batavia NY, was a daughter of the late Floyd and Eva Glor Evans.
She was a clerk for many years at the former Endicott Johnson Shoe Store in Batavia. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church for 85 years, the White Rose Lodge of Stafford, Widows and Widowers Group, Independent Assoc. of Retired Persons and the Presbyterian Women's Org.
Her husband Leo W. Bailey died in 1970.
Surviving are a sister, Ruth Speary; a son-in-law, Archie Underhill; 7 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.
She was the mother of the late Mary Jane Mang and Carol Underhill; sister of the late George Evans, Dorothy Redshaw, Edna Lytle and Helen Budenhagen; and mother-in-law of the late Howard Mang.
