"Aden Evans died Wednesday, June 18, after a lingering illness of consumption. Mr. Evans was a kind neighbor and ever thoughtful of others. The funeral was held from the house Friday at 11 A. M., Rev. W. J. Guest officiating, and the remains laid at rest in Maple Grove cemetery, Worcester." [The Worcester Times (Worcester, NY), June 26, 1902, pg. 8, col. 3]
