MARGIE EVANS SMITH--84:
passed away Saturday [10-18] at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill SC. A native of Dorset OH, Mrs Smith was a dau of Arthur E & Della Ratcliff Evans. She was a member of Oakland Avenue Presbyterian Church, where she was a member of the Abigail Circle & the Julian Lake Sunday School Class. Mrs Smith was a retired human resource manager with Rockwell International Inc.
She is survived by a son: Mark D (sp-Dorsi) Smith-FortCollins CO; a dau: Deborah E (sp-Louis) Coccia-RockHill; a bro: Arthur E Evans-Maryland; 4 grandchildren; 2 gr-grandchildren [all named].
In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her husband-Walter E Smith in September of this year.
Funeral Service will be Monday morning [10-27] at Oakland Avenue Presbyterian Church, with the Revs Jim Richardson & Laura Conrad officiating. Burial will take place in Williamsfield OH. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
Memorials may be made to Oakland Presbyterian Church-Rock Hill SC.
