Several of the children came to America between 1888 and 1890,and in 1893 Mrs. Ericksen also came over, her husband having died a couple of years before.
She made her home with a daughter, Mrs. L. Rasmussen of St. Paul, where she died from a stroke of apoplexy Jan. 7, 1914, being nearly 83 years old.
She was buried at St. Paul last Friday and nearly all her relatives and many of her friends and neighbors followed her to her last resting place. - (The Phonograph)
