Elmer Ray Epps, age 53, of Heber Springs passed away April 14, 2006. He was born August 28, 1952 in McAlister, Okla., the son of Francis Bullard Epps and the late Elmer Ray Epps Sr.

He was an avid fisherman and loved to play music as hobbies.


Elmer is survived by his wife of 36 years, Joyce K. Epps of Heber Springs; a son, Steven Ray Epps of Hot Springs; two daughters, Julie Epps and Alicia Combs of Heber Springs; two brothers, Earl Epps of Greenbrier and Leeman Epps of McAlister, Okla.; three sisters, Mary Gibson of Greenbrier, Betty Obanion of Reno, Nev. and Sue Dorado of Greenbrier; two grandchildren and many friends.

A private memorial service will be held at the home at 4 p.m. April 19 with Bro. Odell Altom officiating. Family and friends are invited to attend.
