Spartanburg Hearld Journal Obituary, April 14, 2000, page A10. Campobello - ODESSA EPPLEY ATKINS, of 50 Atkins Drive died April 12, 2000, in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. A native of Spartanburg County, she was the widow of ALMOND ATKINS and daughter of the late WILLIE LEROY and MARY SANDERS EPPLEY. She was a member of Motlow Creek Baptist Church and the retired owner of Ingleside Restaurant. Surviving are a daughter, DOROTHY WEST of Sumpter; a brother WILBURN EPPLEY of Greer; a sister RUTH EPPLEY TURNER of Landrum; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. tonight at Petty Funeral Home of Landrum. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Petty Funeral Chapel, conducted by the Rev. DONNIE SOLESBEE and Dr. EVERETT WALLACE. Burial will be in Motlow Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family is at the home. Memorials may be made to Youth Activities at Motlow Creek Baptist Church.
