George W. Eppley, 55, 228 South West street (sic), Carlisle, died Tuesday at his home of a heart attack.
He was stricken ill Sunday night at his home. A member of Second Presbyterian Church and an employe (sic) of the State Department of Revenue, he was the son of the late James and Bertha Moore Eppley, South Middleton township (sic).
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Agnes Searight Eppley; three sons, George S., Coatesville; J. Donald Eppley, owner of the Guth Studio, Carlisle; and R. Woodburn Eppley, Carlisle; a brother, Robert M. Eppley, Carlisle R.D. 1; a sister, Mrs. Joseph Z. Fox, Mechanicsburg, and three grandchildren.
Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, at the Shulenberger funeral home, 169 West High street (sic), Carlisle.
Friends may call Thursday night at the funeral home.
