The daughter of John M. and Lydia (Cline) Eppley. Wife of Jackson Blair. She entered the candy and confectionary business in Washington, D.C. In 1920 she came to San Francisco where she became part owner of Martha Washington Candy Stores in the States of California, Washington, and Oregon. Later she moved her offices to Los Angeles where she became the Pacific Coast manager for Martha Washington Candies. She continued in that position until her death in in 1947.
