Services were at 2:30 p.m. today in First Baptist Church with the Rev. Gordon Renshaw officiating. Burial was in Morton Memorial Cemetery by Ellis Funeral Home.
Mr. Enos, born in Alvord, lived in Morton from 1950 to 1977. He returned to Morton from Lubbock in 1985. He married Dorothy Nix in 1935. She died in 1975. He married Opal Hobgood in 1976 at Lubbock. He was a welder/farmer and a Baptist. He was a member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows. He was preceded in death by a son, Billy Don Enos, in 1989.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Tracy Enos of Morton; four stepsons; three stepdaughters; a sister, Estell Seibold of Seminole, Okla.; two brothers, Mike "Junior" Enos of Morton and Monroe Enos of Tyler; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; 15 stepgrandchildren; and 14 great-stepgrandchildren.
