Mrs. Amelia Louise Cook, 80, 1113 Baker St., died Sunday night at her home, following a lengthy illness.
Mrs. Cook, native and lifetime resident of Fremont, was born April 19, 1894*, to the late Andrew and Mary (Winkler) Engler. She married Fred Cook in Fremont in 1910*. He died in 1943. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Harry (Mary) Adams, Fremont; one sister, Mrs. Clara Gregory, Fremont; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. One daughter, one son and three sisters are deceased.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday from the Keller and Son Funeral Home. The Rev. Charles Bauer will officiate, and burial will be in Four Mile House Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
