RITES THIS AFTERNOON FOR GEORGE E. ENGLAND
Funeral services for George Elmer England, 65 years old, who died at 5 o'clock yesterday morning at his home, eight miles southeast of Joplin, will be conducted by the Rev. Frances McCoy at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the Hurlbut Chapel. Burial will be in the Granby cemetery.
Death of Mr. England was due to heart disease. He was born at Oswego, Kan., and had lived in this district 60 years.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Meda England; three sons, Claude England, Raymond England, and Paul England, all of Joplin; two brothers John England of Smelter Hill and Granville England of St. Louis.
