"After two years illness, Mrs. Clara Engles, 74, died at 4 p.m. yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles J. Comling, 548 Lodi Street. Mrs. Engles, a native of Dover, Ohio, was a member of St. Agnes parish and of the Alter and Rosary Society. She leaves her daughter, Mrs. Cromling; three brothers, John Kaiser of Miami, Florida, L.P. Kaiser of Elyria and Frank Kaiser of Steubenville, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. George Nevins and Mrs. .H. Wadsworth of Elyria and three grandsons. Friends may call at the McCarthy Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Agnes church with the Rev. Leo Brissel officiating.
