Tony was born November 7, 1949 in Tucumcari, New Mexico and moved to Orlando in 1974. He worked for OCPS for more than 30 years and retired as
Senior Administrator of Adult and Community Education of all four Tech Centers.
Tony is survived by his wife of 29 years Diane, son Marcos Encinias, a drummer, guitarist and singer in 2 well known local bands; mother Mary Encinias; brother Frank Encinias, Manuel Garcia Jr., John Garcia; sisters Aurora Rollin, Betty Carpenter, Patsy Lopez.
