Mrs. Callahan was a Kentucky native and a member of the Concord Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jeff D. Callahan.
Survivors include one daughter, Thelma C. Ruf of Athens; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The funeral was Tuesday at McConnell Memorial Chapel with James Wallace officiating. Burial was in Bottoms Cemetery.
