Dorothy M. (Naulty) Ellis, of Randolph, formerly of Whitman, passed away Dec. 2, surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 84. Daughter of the late William and Alice (Abely) Naulty, Dorothy was born, raised, and educated in Boston, and attended St. Peter School. She was a longtime resident of Randolph. Dorothy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She volunteered at the Duxbury Library and enjoyed bingo, reading, and the piano. Beloved wife of the late John Jack P. Ellis, she was the loving mother of Justine Yorke and her late husband Richard of Norton, Rachel Barra and her husband Stephen of Randolph, Peter Ellis and his wife Elaine of Whitman, Christine Warner and her husband Michael of Wyoming, the late Leo Ellis and his wife Vicky of New Hampshire, and Mary Brady and her husband Mark of Duxbury; devoted sister of Margaret Murphy of Florida and the late William Naulty. Also survived by 19 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Funeral from the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rte. 28), Randolph, Friday at 9:15 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass at St. Marys Church, Randolph, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
