Mom had a huge heart. She always saw the very best in people. She would take in any stray that needed a home, be it people or animals. Mom loved her yard, with the pond and all the flowers. She loved her two dogs, Mitzie and Rufus. She loved making all kinds of jewelry and crafts. But her favorite thing would have to be her grandkids. She so looked forward to Christmas all year just to see their little faces light up when they opened their presents. She touched so many lives with her warmth and kindness. We will miss her greatly.
She is survived by her loving husband, Mark Kershaw and family; sons, Marc (Jana) Manzano, George (Stephanie) Canham; daughter, Christina (Dave) Turner; brother, Tom Elliott; sister, Sharon Clark; nephew and special helper, Brandon Caldwell; 33 nieces, nephews and grandkids and many loving friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 15th, 12:00 p.m. at the LDS Wardhouse at 3219 S. 300 E. Friends and family may call Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 S. Redwood Road, and Saturday, one hour prior to services at the church. Interment, Redwood Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to help cover costs.
