Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow in Collier Butler chapel for Mrs. Allie Irene Brannon, 82, Gadsden Route 2, who died in a local hospital at 4:30 this morning, following an extended illness.

Officiating will be the Revs. F.M. Smith and Elmer Garmony. Burial will follow in Crestwood Cemetery Collier-Butler directing. Active pallbearers will be W.H. Clines, Jimmy Treadway, Marvin Owens, J.M. Colston, J.W. Oaks and Charles Brannon.

Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. W.L. Miller and all personal friends.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. W.C. Daniels and Mrs. J.D. Davenport, Gadsden, and Mrs. John A. Oaks, Rome, Ga., three sons, Vester and Hullon Brannon, Gadsden, and Lester Brannon, Leesburg 15 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

A native of Floyd County, Ga., she has been a resident of Etowah County for the past 21 years. She was the widow of E.J. Brannon and a member of Bethel Methodist Church.

The body will remain in Collier-Butler Chapel through the hour of service.
