Mrs. Anderson had been residing with her son-in-law, Keaven Kane, and children since the death of Mrs. Kane in 1954.
Olive Edson was born in Union county, South Dakota September 19, 1886. She married Gustave Anderson in 1910 at Alcester where they resided for a time, then moving to Hartington, Nebraska.
Mr. Anderson was employed by the Council Oak store and resided here until his death in 1951.
Mrs. Anderson resided in Sioux Falls three years before going to California.
Survivors include two sons, Duane E. Anderson of Los Angeles and George A. Anderson of Sioux Falls; two brothers, Ray Edson of Los Angeles and Dewey Edson of Madison, Wisconsin; a sister, Amy, of Long Beach; six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
