Hattie R. Edenfield, 81, died Tuesday afternoon at Savannah Convalescent Center in Savannah after a short illness.
She had lived in Stilson most of her life before moving to Statesboro six years ago. She was a homemaker and a Baptist.
Survivors include two sons, Thomas Z. Edenfield, Portal, and Talmadge Edenfield, Sylvania; one brother, Eugene Rozier, Jacksonville, Fla.; four grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at the chapel of Smith-Tillman Mortuary, with the Rev. J. C. Brown officiating. Burial will be in the Old Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.
