According to his death certificate, Mr. Eddy was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Eddy, and the husband of Lila Eddy. He had been employed as a manager in the transfer and storage industry. His death was the result on cancer of the spleen, diagnosed some six months earlier. He died at home, in Oceanlake, Oregon (a town not included on Find A Grave's drop-down menu.)

I suspect that this memorial and the one for Charles Albert Eddy (1879-1971) are actually for the same gentleman: it seems highly unlikely that two men with the same name (first, middle, and last,) born on the same date (year, month, and day) are buried at Greenwood. The other memorial has a photograph of a grave marker, inscribed only with the name "Charles Albert Eddy;" the memorial gives no clue as to the source(s) of the dates and other information added to the memorial. (Ancestry trees giving the 1971 date of death cite only "family history" as a source. Oddly enough, that date, June 13, 1971, is the date of death for Lila White Eddy, who seems to have been the third Mrs. Charles Albert Eddy.)

In any event, Mr. Eddy seems to have been married three times: He married Georgia Berreth (1877-1958) circa 1906, and lived with her in Portland, Multnomah, Oregon, at the time of the U.S. Census enumerations for 1910 and 1920. He married Doris Gardner (1896-1958) circa 1925, and lived with her in Portland as of the 1930 and 1940 Census enumerations. (Note Doris's grave marker is inscribed with just her name, and relationship to Mr. Eddy.) Finally, if the information on his death certificate is correct, Mr. Eddy's wife at the time of his death was Lila White Eddy (1887-1971.)
