She was the daughter of the late Gordon Eaves and Janie Whitten Eaves.
She was a member of High Praises Church of God for nine years and was a former member of McDuffie Street Church of God for twenty years. She was president of the prayer chain, served in nursing home ministries for thirteen years and was licensed in evangelism. She was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, one sister, and one great-grandchild.
