Clara Maxine (Forkner) Eaton, of Venice, Florida, passed away on December 4, 2012 at Tidewell Hospice, Venice, after a brief illness.. She was born on January 27, 1923 in Tipton, Indiana and then moved to Anderson where she was employed by Delco Remy. After retiring from Delco, she moved to Venice, FL in 1980. She was a past member of the Madison County Shrine Club Ladies Club and the Shrine Ladies Club in Venice, FL. She was a member of the South Venice Christian Church, Venice, FL.

Clara is survived by her stepdaughter, Carolyn (Kerry) Roby Arnstein of Venice; granddaughter, Kerilynn Roby of Terre Haute; nieces, Barbara Eaton of Anderson and Pauline Tidler of CA; and nephew, Wendell Hilligoss of Anderson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Guy Forkner of Tipton; one sister, four brothers and her husband, Max Eaton.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 from 10:00am - 12:00pm at Robert D. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, Anderson followed by burial at Memorial Park Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice or the Shrine Children's Hospital c/o Madison County Shrine Club.
