Catharine was a child of Phebe Gaylord and Levi Frisbie. Her siblings were: Chauncey, Levi, Laura, Levi Randall (died at 3 months) and Zebulon.
She married Abel C. Eastabrooks in October of 1815. They had 4 children: Charles, Laura, Aaron Gaylord and Levi Frisbie.
Since she was only 30 when she died, Abel remarried and had 5 more children. Catharine's only daughter, Laura was adopted by Catharine's sister, Laura and husband Ira Bronson. Abel took his sons back to Connecticut.
