Catherine Lorene Adams, 85, Lake Ozark, died March 2, 1999, at Lake of the Ozarks General Hospital, Osage Beach. She was born May 30, 1913, in Iberia, a daughter of James and Lou Bond Eads. She was married in 1935 to Robert Adams, who died in 1943. She was married Aug 3, 1943, in San Diego, Calif., to Gerald Cully Adams, who survives at the home.
A former St. Louis resident, she was a dental assistant and a member of the Third Baptist Church, St. Louis.
Other survivors include two brothers, H. Ford Eads, Cleburne, Texas and James W. Eads, Iberia, and two sisters, Vera G. Atwill, Naples Fla., and Veta G. Claiborn, Jefferson City.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Rekus Funeral Home, Iberia. The Rev. Bob Buster will officiate. Burial will be in Iberia Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Friday.
