Mrs. Dymke died Wednesday, April 27, in The Woodlands.
She was born on Aug. 17, 1941, to Ernie and Lillian Leonard Laurence in Houston. She was a public school teacher and had taught some college courses. On May 27, 2000, she married Vernon E. Dymke in Rockdale.
Survivors include her husband; a son, David Wooldridge II of Humble; four daughters, Whitney Pounders of Rockdale, Tiffany Kozikoski of Piedmont, Okla., Julie Dorsey of Conroe and Mary Ashley Harris of Roanoke; three brothers, Ronnie Laurence of Arlington, Donnie Laurence of Kerrville and Ernie Wayne Laurence of Hutto; and 15 grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 3429 Executive Center Drive Suite 100, Austin TX 78731.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
