Grace P. Zell DuRoss, 86, a longtime resident of Delaware County, died Monday at Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexel Hill.
Mrs. DuRoss was born in Maryland and lived in Prospect Park for about 25 years. She moved to Springfield 26 years ago.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed oil painting.
She was a member of Holy Cross Church in Springfield and a former member of St. Madeline's Church in Ridley Park.
She was the mother of John B. DuRoss Jr., who died in 1963.
She is survived by her husband, John B. DuRoss; a daughter, Norinne E. Lloyd; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, and a sister, Dorothy Cook.
A Mass of Christian Burial was to be celebrated Friday at Holy Cross Church in Springfield with interment in SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Marple.
Funeral arrangements were by the O'Leary Funeral Home in Springfield.
