STAFFORD SPRINGS, Conn. - Doris A. (Duell) Allard, 96, of Stafford Springs, Conn., previously of Wethersfield and East Hartford, Conn., loving wife to the late Donald T. Allard, passed away on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015, in Evergreen Health Care Center.
She was born in Winooski, Vt., a daughter of the late Joseph and Emma (Couture) Duell.
Doris worked for many years as an office manager for Bloomfield Health Care Center.
She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, assembling jigsaw puzzles, and was an avid reader.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Wethersfield, Conn., and was a part of the Ladies Guild.
She was predeceased by her sister, Florence -law whom she adored, Jack Merrifield.
Burial will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill, Conn.
