Mrs. Boleyn was born in LaFayette and was educated at West Georgia College and Georgia State College for Women. For 58 years, she and her husband, the late Dr. Charles W. Boleyn, served Methodist churches in Virginia and North Georgia. A high school and collegiate athlete herself, she was an avid fan of collegiate and professional sports, but loved being a spectator at any athletic event in which her five grandsons competed.
Survivors include four daughters and sons-in-law, Linda Lee Saye of Atlanta, Karey Ellen and Ralph Bray, Washington, Susan Virginia Boleyn, and Louise and Bo Sorrells of Athens; five grandsons, Chip and Mark Saye, IV and Bo Bray, and Wes Sorrells; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Frances Clements, LaFayette.
Grandsons served as honorary pallbearers.
